In “Here Lies Jeremy Troy” the protagonist goes far beyond his creative untruths of the courtroom. In the play, Troy is an attorney visited by an old school friend who sponges off of acquaintances. The visiting friend promptly blackmails Troy into letting him stay on the very night the lawyer’s boss is expected for an important dinner.
